The mozzarella de fresca had a nice balsamic drizzle. Rocket arugala salad had that beet and goat cheese combo that goes so well together. Just the slightest bit of dressing so as not to over power the flavors. The crispy duck was amazing. The apricot glaze was perfect. This was my first time at Ruvo's, and my first time dining in for over a year. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and they are taking the right precautions.
