The taste was really amazing, but it was a shame. I tried the Kinshoyu and Takumi shoyu chashu. As it was midsummer, I felt that the soup could use a bit more salt. I was surprised that I didn't need to drink so much water after eating the ramen, and the aftertaste was also good. Perhaps because it was light in flavor, I could taste the broth, and I couldn't help but enjoy the taste of the broth as I brought the soup to my mouth repeatedly. Additionally, the chashu was tender, juicy, and delicious. However, personally, I felt a bit uncomfortable with cabbage being in the soy sauce ramen. Also, the reason why I gave it 4 stars despite saying it was so delicious is that I think the price is too high. Of course, they must be using carefully selected ingredients, but it seems unusual for chashu ramen to cost over 1000 yen in Tokushima. I felt that at this price, I wouldn't feel inclined to visit frequently. It is a wonderful ramen that is not easily found in Tokushima, so I hope they have a long-term business.
