I visited this restaurant that I had been looking forward to, and it is one of the best noodles in the prefecture. The thick noodles are quite springy, but not too hard, and go down the throat smoothly. The long asparagus with a smile is sweet and delicious! The portion size is quite generous, especially for just 370 yen... I will definitely be returning to the Udon prefecture.
The eye-catching sign of the strongest noodles in the prefecture caught my attention. Well, standards differ from person to person, so whether it is the "strongest in the prefecture" is beside the point, but it is definitely a wonderful thick noodle shop. If you love thick noodles, you will be satisfied at this restaurant. This time, I had cold noodles with a hot spring egg instead of a raw egg. You may not find this at other shops, but it's not bad. Personally, I prefer raw eggs, but this is good for those who don't. Especially if you like thick noodles, this place may be for you. I want to try the dashi udon next time.
