At first, I imagined the taste and smell of traditional Chinese medicine, but there was no such medicinal taste at all. The dishes were based on the concept of "five tastes harmony" (sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, salty), and I was both visually and tastefully stimulated by the variety of dishes, leaving my stomach and heart very satisfied. I tried to count the number of beautifully arranged dishes on the long plates, but they were so densely packed that I gave up... The soba served at the beginning was delicious with a firm texture and the scent of the soba was irresistible to a soba lover like myself! It is evident that great care is taken in selecting ingredients and seasonings. In addition to the dishes, you can enjoy two types of herbal tea before and after your meal. After drinking it, my body felt warm. It is recommended to make a reservation whether you visit during the day or at night. Next time, I want to go for some healing when I feel a bit tired.
