For those who are visiting for the first time, start with the negi (green onion) ramen. It has a soy sauce-based soup that is not too heavily seasoned, providing a subtle yet rich and flavorful taste. The sweetness of the negi adds a nice touch as well. The soup had a nice balance of flavors, with variations in intensity that I personally enjoy. Overall, this ramen has become a favorite of mine. View all feedback.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, and they only serve lunch. Please note that they only offer takeout in the evening. Lunch service starts at 11am, but the parking lot fills up quickly after 12pm (around 13 spots). It's better to arrive early or after 1pm. The set menu is highly recommended, especially the "Ladies Set" for women. Although it is limited to 10 sets, they seemed to be accepting more orders. The "Negi Ramen Set" consists of a shoyu ramen with a smaller portion of fried rice, but the noodles are filling and satisfying.

I have been a big fan of this ramen restaurant for a long time. While the negi ramen is popular, I personally love the taste of the ramen itself. The garlic-infused soup, with a balance between soy sauce and salt, never fails to satisfy me. The noodles are slightly soft Chinese-style noodles. It is recommended to go early with some buffer time as the restaurant gets crowded quickly and there can be a long wait. The owner cooks alone, and I have loved this place since I was a child, so I hope to continue enjoying this flavor for as long as possible.
