There is a display of menu samples at the entrance, giving you the feel of an old-fashioned restaurant. The atmosphere inside, from the tables and chairs to the floor, ceiling, and lighting, all exude a vintage restaurant vibe. It's not outdated, but rather a calm atmosphere, which is very nice. It can get busy during lunchtime and you may have to wait, but there are plenty of tables and turnover is good, so you won't have to wait long. There are also private tatami rooms at the back, making it suitable for gatherings or group events. Most menu items come with a salad bar, although there is no drink bar. The variety of dressings at the salad bar is abundant. The menu offers a wide selection including steak and hamburgers, with prices that are reasonable. There are even some higher-priced steaks available, indicating it is not a cheap restaurant. It's my favorite spot.
This is a restaurant owned by Mr. Shinmei, who is in charge of a ranch called Shinmei Livestock Farm, known for its delicious thick pork cutlets and meat dishes. You also get a salad bar with your meal.
I have visited this restaurant for the second time, as it is directly managed by a ranch. Last time, when I ordered the pork loin steak with onion sauce, it came out watery. Learning from that experience, this time I ordered the loin cutlet with just salt, and it was delicious. I also ordered the beef stew, which had a soup-like consistency but was tasty, and the beef was very tender. Personally, I think adding more demi-glace sauce would be even better, so I would like to request that next time. By the way, the salad is self-serve at the salad bar.
