House Salad Recipe
To begin, in a large bowl, gently toss together crisp romaine lettuce, crunchy iceberg lettuce, tender artichoke hearts, thinly sliced red onions, and flavorful pimentos. This combination of ingredients adds layers of color and taste to the salad, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.
Next, prepare the dressing by whisking together high-quality olive oil, tangy red wine vinegar, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, and a generous sprinkling of cheese. The dressing should be well emulsified to ensure that it coats the salad evenly and enhances the overall taste experience.
After preparing the dressing, refrigerate it until chilled. This will help the flavors meld together and create a refreshing contrast to the crispness of the salad. Once chilled, pour the dressing over the salad, making sure to coat each ingredient thoroughly.
Finally, toss the salad gently to ensure that the dressing is evenly distributed. The combination of flavors and textures in this salad is sure to delight your taste buds and leave you craving more. Serve the salad fresh and enjoy the burst of flavors with each bite. Bon appétit!.

Great tasting salad! The only change I made was that I ended up buying sliced pimentos instead of dicedI only put the dressing on 2 servings since it was only my husband and me.
Awesome Salad! Had a great taste! Received lots of compliments. Only thing I might do is add a tiny bit of garlic.
We enjoyed this and like most of the others I did make a few changes.
