Great as usual Food service excellent seated on our schedule arriving time

The food was not that good and they now charge a processing processing fee on credit cards

Very accommodating (changed our party number a couple of times), friendly staff, and food quality/flavor/presentation were all excellent. We were seated in an enclosed outdoor patio area that was warm, humid, and the street traffic noise was loud.

Visitors to VA. Had dinner last week and everything was superb. Dinner last night was good but rice and broccoli cold when served. Told manager and he brough back, unfortunately, lukewarm rice and broccoli. No one asked after second time if everything was okay. Will come back and give them another chance.

Reservation process worked well--new room at the restaurant, which is where we sat. Smell of freshly cut wood/sawdust permeated the room and the fans didn't help. Server was incredibly efficient and provided good suggestions on the appetizers. A good experience and a bit pricy.
