Hello Lady_Cuisine, I was wondering, are you actually using flakes or granules now? I'm asking because you use both terms, but they refer to soy in different forms... Regards

Hello Lady_Cuisine, because the posted pictures look so appetizing, I decided yesterday to cook this recipe. What can I say, my first dish with soy granules and I am thrilled. The taste is great and it's easy to prepare. I just added a few fresh herbs like parsley, oregano, basil, and some lemon zest. I wasn't sure about the canned tomatoes. Should they be peeled tomatoes or crushed? I added a bit of both to create some sauce since the soy granules do absorb quite a bit. I also wasn't completely clear whether to soak the granules in the vegetable broth and then add them to the dish, or keep them separate? I chose the first option and I must say, it turned out really well. It's very filling and meat, I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, I didn't miss in this dish. Thank you for the recipe and keep it up. I have uploaded pictures. Best regards, Lily of the Valley.
