My wife and I recently came up here to celebrate her birthday! We had a whole day planned around the area and then dinner here. We live down in the Springs and this restaurant was everything we had hoped for and more! We were greeted with smiles and a happy birthday for her. Presentation of food worse I’ve ever experienced. It was so crowded with Prom and all I didn’t bother complaining . Which I know I should have. Veal was so tough couldn’t even cut into it in some parts. The plate came looking like a bowl of sauce not sure to cover up the tough parts. All dishes looked like just thrown on plate. No bad dish on the menu. great date night location, the ambiente is great, indoor or outdoor. the terraces are heated and pleasant throughout the year. parking can be a little a problem so if try to meet a reservation perhaps factor in 5-10 minutes for the parking lot.
Our wonderful wait-person Janna made the evening great! The food was, as usual, perfect. And I even got to meet the new owner. A good experience all-around for my companion and me.
The service was touch and go. Told they were short staffed, but the waiter tried to overcome and make issues right. Tough times for diners.
Ok, there potato are ! They have the best Italian food in Denver, hands down, no one is even close! The service is excellent. Word of caution; they stay busy, so would encourage you to make reservations rather than try to walk in. You might be there for a while and there isn’t much comfortable standing room. Go! You will NOT be disappointed!!
Had to wait 45 mins past reservation time to get seated. Clearly they overbooked themselves. Poor experience
