JPG does not use their OpenTable computer at the restaurant. Instead they print out the reservation list early in the day and to not update during the day. The staff brought the wrong bill 4 times because the employees do not match the bill to the table. It is surprising that JPG refuses to use computers to manage orders. View all feedback.
For some reason I felt the need to purchase the most expensive burger on the menu. I've never paid almost $30 for a burger in my life, but it's a hotel bar and prices are deliberately inflated to exploit international tourists in order for our country to maintain a sustainable prosperous economy - so it was time to make my contribution and support the service industry that carries all of us! The MOOD & INTERIOR of the place is quite futuristic with European influences - it is Swiss after all, even my burger had Swiss cheese! The booths are quite high so you've got total privacy which are ideal for corporate lunch meetings, dates, secret affairs and any intimate rendesvouz.THE AUSTRALIAN BLACK ANGUS BURGER is a full and hearty meal. The open burger comes in two halves - one with the chargrilled patty resting on brioche as the cheese melts over it. The second half hosts the double smoked bacon and the hand cut fries filling the plate to the side. Excellent
My husband and I were in Swissotel for our anniversary and of course we had to try the cafe on the ground floor. Great customer service and serve quickly. The café had modern interior. Our friends and I also enjoyed a high tea buffet and we only loved food and unrestricted drinks. On the particularly I loved all the chocolate desserts you served. I will definitely return to this place.
I believe that this high-tea menu was only for the Christmas Christmas time. But it's worth it when it's further !! I can not imagine anything wrong or negative from my experience. Service was attentive and polite, and the food was great with possibilities in a buffet like meat cake, Pavlowas and an extensive assortment of T2 tea T2 tea. If it was not so expensive, I would often go back!
