we love this place, but have noticed something while we have dinner this time. the eating was on the wall at our table, the Crayon artwork at the wall. steaks came medium well instead of rare as ordered. but branded from vegas, our waiter, he was very good! View all feedback.

The food was good. It would be nice with more salad entrees, and pasta type choices and it could have been cleaner. We had a fun time with or group. Ruby River really should do some more dynamic advertising and specials. Provo lacks in the area of good restaurants. Too many fast food places.
It was so very convenient to walk to from our hotel. We were staying at Fairfield Suites The food was just so so. My husband had the prime rib and it was very very fatty. I ordered salmon and it was quite good. The baked potato was just ok. Maybe it’s hit or miss.
Ribeye steak was excellent. ask for freshly grated meerrettich. the rack of the ribs were very delicious and juicy on the inside, but the outside was a little hard. our server was excellent.
I visited Ruby River based on a friend's suggestion for a good steak at a reasonable price. Although I wasn't very hungry, I ordered the 6oz Top Sirloin along with a side of sautéed mushrooms, and both were fantastic! The steak was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and the mushrooms were equally delicious. Dinner also included a homemade loaf of bread. The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the rustic ambiance. It's the best steak I've had for under $20!
The steaks were absolutely delicious. I ordered a baked potato as a side, which was cooked perfectly, though it was missing chives. The broccoli also lacked garlic butter. Overall, I would definitely return for the food. The service was quick and efficient, but it felt somewhat indifferent. Under our table, it was a bit messy with empty beer bottles and food crumbs. While the food was great, the service could use some improvement. The ambiance had a very Western feel, which aligned with the theme.
