A better timing system for pickups could definitely help guide customers in the right direction. I understand that this restaurant prepares food to order, which ensures everything is fresh, and I personally really love this place—it's one of the best. Perhaps adding some signage and a notification system in the delivery area could streamline things for the entire team, especially during busy times.
