Captain D's - Lagrange

Always a line around the building and a waiting period of about 20 minutes in this line, but the food quality has not left me down yet. Always worth the time.

I ordered the grilled lemon pepper dish along with mac and cheese bread and coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious—truly, everything. The staff did an excellent job!

There was no clear direction on what drivers should do. I realize that they shouldn't be waiting at the end of a long line to pick up orders. A better timing system for pickups could definitely help guide customers in the right direction. I understand that this restaurant prepares food to order, which ensures everything is fresh, and I personally really love this place—it's one of the best. Perhaps adding some signage and a notification system in the delivery area could streamline things for the entire team, especially during busy times.

The short wait is definitely worth it. The food was excellent, especially the shrimp, which was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

Some of the hottest broken fish that I had long ago by captain ds. never was a fan of the side, but the fish is phenominal at this place in lagrange. wait was long for 8 o'clock, but this is typical of cds that gives hot food.
