I had a membership card but was disappointed when the cashier did not give me a 5 cent discount when paying at the pump. This indifferent attitude and lack of customer service have left me with no desire to return. The restaurant needs to improve their culture. View all feedback.
The restaurant has received 4 stars overall, with friendly service from the older gentleman and blonde woman. However, a young black girl gave the reviewer a perplexed look and did not address the line forming behind the reviewer. This behavior lowered the overall rating to 3 stars. The reviewer believes that the girl's focus on making them feel uncomfortable was unnecessary and may be a trend among younger individuals who support the Democratic Party. They believe that customer service should prioritize making customers feel welcome rather than uncomfortable.
I have a membership card but the cashier never bothers to read it to give me the 5 cent discount. I tried to pay at the pump but once again, it wasn't working. The cashiers here are extremely indifferent and unfriendly. There are no positive aspects about this place – they really need to work on improving the customer service culture.
