This indifferent attitude and lack of customer service have left me with no desire to return. The restaurant needs to improve their culture.

Every time I stop in this gas station I have to wait to pay the cashier. Not because the place is busy, no it's always because the cashier is never at the register. They are usually at the subway chatting with someone (especially the big guy). The most frustrating thing is they take their time getting back to the register. Wish someone would light a fire under these careless people!!!

However, a young black girl gave the reviewer a perplexed look and did not address the line forming behind the reviewer. This behavior lowered the overall rating to 3 stars. The reviewer believes that the girl's focus on making them feel uncomfortable was unnecessary and may be a trend among younger individuals who support the Democratic Party. They believe that customer service should prioritize making customers feel welcome rather than uncomfortable.

I tried to pay at the pump but once again, it wasn't working. The cashiers here are extremely indifferent and unfriendly. There are no positive aspects about this place – they really need to work on improving the customer service culture.
