I added peppers and olives for extra flavor, but what I got was basically just a piece of bread with a few olives and peppers on top. #health

However, my experience today was di... read more I really enjoy this restaurant and eat here almost every day since it's conveniently located right across from my workplace. However, my experience today was disappointing. One of the staff members, Teresa/Trica, was quite rude. When I asked for something, I expected a friendly response, but instead, I received a nasty one. When I tried to clarify my request, she essentially dismissed me. I believe she could benefit from additional training on customer service or should consider finding a different job. On a positive note, the other staff members are fantastic and always take great care of us.

I try to pre order through the app so I can grab my food and be on my way, but there has been 2-3 times I 've shown up and it 's not ready when I ordered 20 minutes before arrival. There has also been occasions where Ipay extra for something and I don 't get it. Such as this evening when I paid .55 extra for a croissant bun and no one says, Heysorry were out of this so we 're not going to charge you . So I was blatantly ripped off again or someone just wasn 't payingattention. The other sandwich I ordered requested onions that weren 't there either. I 've tried overlooking little mistakes hereand there, but it 's every visit now. I 'll just go spend more money across the street at Dunkin rather be frustrated EVERYpurchase.
