Staff was friendly enough, rather slow and they have a supply issue missing some ingredients so that is a massive issue. Only reason it's getting this many stars is because I feel bad for the people working here. Service: Takeaway

Stopped by at 11:13 PM when they close at 12. They no problem turning me away even though they had 45 mins to go. Sad. On top of already usually questionable service.... new management please.
Terrible, inattentive, poorly trained staff. I don’t understand what’s so hard about making a sandwich correctly and attentively at a chain sandwich establishment.
Slow service for person in front of me. When that person finished, 2 more employees came from the back. Really wish they would have called one up to start my order rather than waiting 5 minutes. It's in travel stop. I'm traveling and would rather be on road than in line
