What Amanda Giordano dislikes about Frasca:
I had high expectations for this restaurant since we are big fans of Michelin-starred places. Unfortunately, I cannot support a business that serves foie gras. The practice of force-feeding ducks through a tube is inhumane. I sincerely hope they reconsider their choices. View all feedback.
Best table in the house is the one in the kitchen! My 77 year old Mum was visiting from Australia and is a real foodie so I decided to take her to Frasca.
