Tonight I took a Cesar salad, take it away, what was my surprise when I arrived at home, the salad is composed only of leaves and croutons, not an ounce of chicken or parmesan... Too bad!

Wonderful lunch at l'Atelier 115 between 2 Chateaux tasting and right in the Pessac Leognan AOP. Superb Razor Clams/ Veal Sweetbreads/ Lamg Shoulder (slow cooking)...DELICIOUS!!! Small but interesting
