The food was very good today, on the 4th Sunday of Advent; you can't complain about the price, keep it up!
We went for brunch; everything was there as expected at breakfast, but unfortunately the hot food was cold. When we told the server, we were snapped at. The customer is king, isn't he?
We were there yesterday with eight people. The food was really good, tasty, plentiful, and served quickly. Unfortunately, the positive impression was significantly dampened by the service. The service was quite unfriendly from the start. When things got a bit livelier in our separate group, we were sharply warned to keep quiet, with the warning that otherwise they would print out our bills and we could leave. Later, we were refused the option to split the bill; only after a long wait and consultation with the manager was it suddenly possible. I'm writing this review not out of anger, but out of disappointment. We are a friendly, communicative team that regularly eats together and values respectful, professional interaction. In the restaurant industry, it's not just the quality of the food that counts for me, but also the way we treat guests, especially when feedback is received. Unfortunately, this made it clear that service culture should be anchored not only in the name, but also in the attitude. It's a shame; a really good meal could have turned into an all-round successful evening.
