You don't eat to fill up, you allow yourself to be seduced by the art of cuisine. For everyone who knows Paul Bocuse, it's just going in this direction with a more modern cuisine and local ingredients from Zug and the region. Everything is made in-house and freshly cooked including bread, pasta, bouillon, ice cream etc. and without the addition of artificial additives, which is perfect for allergy sufferers such as: me . We're still excited even though it's been a few days since our visit, but we'll definitely be back.
