Full of hunger and looking forward to a well-deserved pizza after a short hike, we were happy... read more We went to the Platzmühle for dinner on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Full of hunger and looking forward to a well-deserved pizza after a short hike, we were happy to have a free spot. The waitress was stressed and hectic, but brought us the menu quite quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the drinks. The pizzas also came relatively quickly for a full restaurant. The anticipation was bursting, but the hunger remained: we ordered a small and a normal pizza, the small pizza, barely larger than two palms, was burnt on the edge, the normal pizza was as you would imagine a small pizza to be. Both pizzas tasted ok. While we were eating our pizzas, we observed two more complaints from the server about portions being too small. The waitress felt personally attacked and denied any guilt and clearly lacked the understanding that the complaints were justified. With pizzas this small, it's important to remember that they are at best a snack and not a full meal. Unfortunately, the price does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the portion size (price-performance ratio is not right). We do not recommend this restaurant. However, it deserves the two stars because the theater almost borders on event gastronomy between the guests, the waiters and the boss.

It's a shame, it could certainly be better.
