We came Blasenberg to celebrate the 40est birthday of a friend. We were a group of around 25 people with kids and all had the roasted chicken with salad, fries and risotto. My dessert was a coupe Denmark. The food was good, we also had the house speciality, but the service was rude and unfriendly. A pity for such a beautiful restaurant at the perfect location! The food is very delicate and the cuisine is impressive. The staff is very friendly, quick, attentive and you can still have a short chat. In terms of price, the restaurant is definitely worth looking at as the quality of the food is very good and the price is very fair. A short trip to Blaseberg is worth it for everyone. I can only recommend the whole concept and if you plan enough time and stay at the table, you can marvel at the unbeatable natural wonder of the most beautiful sunset in Switzerland. I would like to thank the entire Blaseberg team for this wonderful evening, we will definitely be back.
