Il Baretto - Zuerich

I was there last week in the morning and I was charged 5.10 chf for a milk coffee although on the board was 4.90. After my complain she said,that prices were changing,but the management will come at 10:00 for changing the board. Nothing against the lady who makes a good job,but the Candrian management,should teach his staff how to handle customer complain. In this case just changes the price how was showed on the board and customer will be happy . Not for a 20 cents different, altough 5.10 for a small cup Lavazza style,it's a Zumutung/unreasonable,but for the quality of the service.

Got drawn to this coffee shop by the Italian sounding name and was looking forward to a nice smooth caffè latte. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed that I didn’t finish my coffee. It was bitter, thin and nothing like a properly trained barista would have prepared. Shame about the product!
