Excellent service: humorous, courteous, attentive and not intrusively beautiful ambiente: look at the lago maggiore with the brissago inseln excellent Essenvega... read more Excellent service: humorous, courteous, attentive and not intrusively beautiful ambiente: look at the lago maggiore with the brissago inseln excellent Essenveganer randenburger with pommes frites: tastes deceptively real after meat. we had to reassure ourselves that it really is a sweetpatty nothing for people who do not like meat taste. the pommes were good but not stunning.Burrata with cherrytomates: creamy fine burrata with fresh cherrytomates, which could be a bit sweeter but overall fit well with the mild burrata.Tortelloni with feta and mint filling of nut butter sauce: the portion was huge. the filling was very delicious. slightly sweet yet fresh and creamy. I'm not sure they were homemade. but very tasty overall.

Eigentlich wollten wir in Ascona, Locarno oder sonstwo abendessen... aber aus einem Abendessen im Restaurant Collinetta wurden es dann fünf, weil es so superlecker war. Die Bedienung war ausserordentlich aufmerksam und nett, die Speisekarte war abwechslungsreich und kreativ. Auch die Kinder im Teenageralter wollten nirgendwo anders mehr hin... wunderbar!

Jedesmal essen wir zuviel... read more Wir hatten nun bereits den 3. Urlaub in unserem "Lieblingshotel" mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Das Essen ist einfach hervorragend. Jedesmal essen wir zuviel, weil der Koch einfach so toll kocht. Man kann auch ohne Probleme Zusatzteller für die Kinder haben. So können sie auch das gute Essen geniessen und müssen nicht immer "Pommes usw." essen. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns darauf.
