Staff is nice but it's a gamble on what you'll actually get. 50% of the time I get something random instead of what I ordered. Today I ordered a strawberry sprinkle. Got a vanilla long John?
I ordered a cake through their website and scheduled for a pickup but when we got there they claimed they didn't have the cake. I asked for a refund but they said take it up with grubhub. Just got a call from them saying they found my cake in the freezer and we can drive all the way back there and pick it up. Maybe look first instead ? Still waiting for the refund.
This F 'N place has no business being open! Every time I try and order something it 's we don 't have that right now damn well what do you have...management needs to do a better job ordering. Dairy Queen here I come.
We were here to dine in for breakfast sandwiches and coffee on Sunday 10/23/22 at approximately 9:30am. The female employee had no personality whatsoever. We received our sandwiches and selected a seat. I went back to the pick up line to wait for the coffee. There were 5 employees (1 male, 4 females) all clueless. I finally received our coffee 5 minutes later (there were no other customers for dine in). We were observing the employees as we were eating. A customer had walked in and was not greeted in a timely fashion. Other customers walked in and now there's a long line. All employees appeared to have no urgency to assist the customers. I would not recommend this Dunkin'.
This place really needs to reevaluate if they want to be in business to sell ice cream. I have gone to this place numerous times hoping that the last time I visited was a bad day for them. Each opportunity I give them to prove me right, I’m proven wrong. 6 of my last 8 visits to this place have been empty handed or compromised from what I initially wanted before driving up. They never have more than 10 flavors to choose from out of there supposedly 31. The toppings are scarce when you ask for them unless you want sprinkles, but who eats those nasty things? . The waffle in the waffle bowl is stale usually. I ordered vanilla ice cream because they didn’t have any Pralines and Cream. Not only is the waffle tasteless almost but the strawberry toppings are disgusting! I believe these are also old. They look like ghosts! I don’t want dead or ashy strawberries! I don’t typically write reviews but I’ve tried too many times with this place and I just spent the last $5 theyll ever see from me.
