Was Jim Otis at Culver's a mag?
I dropped by for lunch and was impressed by the thoughtful service from the employees. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service today. The staff was not only friendly but also engaging, which made me think that perhaps the manager had a chat with them lately. Came through the drive thru around 3:30. They forgot my ice cream. I tried calling all yesterday and finally got through today. Mind you the only thing they gave me was a sticker with a number on it.
