I could not eat here. Left before the meal. The service exemplifies everything westerners hate about the Swiss. Rude, arrogant, impossibly demanding. I have eaten here many times over the years. The quality remains excellent.The Spycher is a little more formal (and more expensive) than other restaurants in Zermatt.
