The lobby looks great and the bar besides the lobby has a great selection of drinks with a cool vibe. The rooms are spacious with a great view. I enjoyed the pool and hot tube. I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I return. Food drinks: A massive selection of Gin. Charming, welcoming, very well situated (quite close to ski lifts). Rooms are spacious , perfect for families. At night there’s always a great atmosphere at the bar area and the game room people come and play billiard, minifoot, cards ets. You can’t miss it out! Spa and pool is super well done with a whole separate area with sauna, steamroom, silent room etc. Plus there’s an outside jacuzzi and sauna. Gym is impressive actually, so we’ll equipped! All in all great experience!

The service was perfecti... read more I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our stay was exceptional!! We stayed for 6 nights with our 7 and 5 year old daughters. The service was perfection. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of any requests you have. They are all so kind and friendly. They picked us up from the train station the day we arrived and helped with dinner reservations . The day we were leaving the trains were shut down in Zermatt due to an avalanche . They were so helpful and kept us up to date with the latest status of the trains. Our room was so beautiful and fully equipped with everything from utensils to robes and slippers for the kids. The rooms are very clean and spacious. One of the biggest perks is they bring breakfast to your room daily. You’re able to enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your own room. The breakfast is so delicious . The spa and pool area are very clean and well maintained . We loved using the facilities after a long day on the slopes . The location was amazing ! We were 5 minutes from one of the lifts and ski rentals. In the opposite direction we were 5 minutes from the town. We were able to walk to all the restaurants.
