Papa Johns Pizza - Zebulon

This is the rudest delivery experience I have ever had. Delivery driver came up with music BLARING at midnight waking up neighbors and our house members. Did not even bother calling or ringing doorbell. Instead, just left pizza box on doorsteps. I went outside wondering where this very RUDE AND LOUD music was coming from at MIDNIGHT, I discovered it was the delivery driver who shouted to me as he was getting back into his car, It 's on your doorstep. ... I told him people are trying to sleep in this neighborhood and he needs to turn his music down. He turned it even louder.I will NEVER give another dime to this business until I have been told this RUDE individual is no longer working with Papa John 's.

Don't waste your time or money here! Gone downhill for sure. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it hardly had any pepperoni on it at all, nor sauce. Very cheesy and doughy. Try Memo's so much better! Very authentic Italian pizza! ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I come here my pizza is always overcooked, hard, and it taste old. I will drive all the way to Knightdale before I order pizza from here again. Very Disappointed .

I am very disappointed with this location. They can’t seem to come to an agreement as to whether or not they can deliver 13min away. I would call sometimes and they’ll happily deliver and today when I tried to place an order because my car broke down and my daughter really wanted pizza, I was told by the current manager working this Tuesday 19th, September 2023 that he doesn’t know why other employees go above and beyond expectations as his job entails that they shouldn’t deliver yet some do… he didn’t apologize for not being on the same page. I just feel like it’s important to be consistent to avoid disappointment specially when it isn’t the customers fault. Didn’t offer any other solution neither. Disappointing.

Pizza arrived cold, again, and your driver was less than happy with his career choice with his nasty attitude after tipping 20%. I'm done with you.
