What Alex Carroll doesn't like about Bojangles:
I order at least once a month for my game night. And most the time it's fine but consistently I get the wrong chicken and I get naked fries. I don't know who's training the folks packing orders right now but they need to do it again because I don't order Bojangles for my health I order it because I want fries so salty it burns my tongue. Cold dry chicken and hard biscuit the only thing good was the fries, the supreme box was also soggy n wet for some reason but the paper bag wasnt weird
Chicken tender combo was great but the Bo berry biscuits had no icing and were hard
Its a hit or miss with this restaurant, if they would stop substituting white meat for dark meat just because you door dash!!! Give me what i ordered. Second time
