I'm also not a fan of a boss or whatever telling someone they're not doing their job well in front of customers (me). I don't know it was just a really, really off, bad vibethat day. The food was great but I did get unsweetened tea for some reason lol

It was truly r... read more Charles, whom I believe is the manager—he's the tall guy in the blue shirt—is the most patient and polite person I've encountered in a long time! It was truly refreshing. I'm from Colorado and visiting family here, and I'm genuinely impressed by his hospitality and the way he treats his staff, even though a couple of them appeared to be less experienced and didn't seem to have as strong a work ethic during the dinner rush. If he's in charge, he's doing an excellent job leading by example, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thanks, Charles!

I usually prefer hot foods right out of the fryer, but I ordered wings and seasoned fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked the day before. I was truly shocked. I've been eating at Bo's for thirty years, and I've never had such a disappointing experience.
