Have been eating here on and off since I was a teen with a brand new license 8 years ago. Was even more excited when I got a job I love in Zebulon, and I made it part of my payday routine to drop my check at the bank and go to hillbillies across the street.Unfortunately after checking their Facebook after seeing the giant CLOSED banner on the front of the restaurant for a few days, it looks like it 's permanent and the owners didn 't sell the rights so its going to end up as something different unfortunately.Thank you guys for being the only burger joint I could enthusiastically say Yes! too whenever you asked me if I wanted my burger all the way you had wonderful, delicious food. I feel comfortable in saying that at the very least, Wake County will miss you. I 'll have to check out their other restaurant in Zebulon, mcleans ole time cafe at some point, I 'm holding out hope I 'll still be able to get a great burger there!
