Rude customer service. Doesn’t care that the food is late. Ordered some food 5 hours in advance for a pick up and they’re 40 minutes past that time for pick up… I walked in and told the guy the name for the order and he tells me 7 more minutes. He knows I’m standing there waiting and then puts my order in the pick up hot box instead of telling me my order is ready and I had to figure out it’s there… Horrible customer... View all feedback.
Phil the manager is amazing. The food is decent,nice, hot and ready. Typical when it comes to fast food but not so typical on customer service. Manager Phil seems to go above and beyond even when folks feel frustrated due to wait times or confused orders or even they are simply having a bad day. Someone insulted him about an order that turned out they really ordered from Papa John's ??but Phil was super calm and respectful about their era, and things ended with a chuckle from both sides. Although this is fast food he needs to be in the health care business because he sure knows how to brighten up many of us , overworked, underpaid, stressed out humans... he's really like the beautiful ? after the storm ?️. -Sunshine Parking: Enough spaces to get in and out. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground is flat and even has a little hill/ angle to roll/ push some one in a wheelchair up to the door to go inside.

GOOD JOB AT ZEBULON ON A RAINY SUNDAY. I LOVE A PRETTY PIZZA.DID YOU KNOW THE DOUGH IS MADE FROM SCRATCH? THEY HIRE A DOUGH MAKER WHO HAS TO PLAN OUT THE DOUGH EACH DAY! I HAVE ALWAYS NOTICED THE FRESHNESS AT A BARGAIN PRICE.REALIZE IF YOUR ORDER TAKES LONGER, THEY MAY BE MAKING FREAH DOUGH ON THE SPOT AS THEY SOLD MORE PIZZAS THAN EXPECTED.DOORSASH IS OFTEN SEEN AT LIL CAESARSUPSIDE APP SOMETIMES HAS A COUPON OFFER AT RANDOM LOCATIONS. The staff here are amazing! This store was busy and workers were working extremely hard to take care of everyone. Great customer service and the manager I think her name is Tammy was very nice and had an amazing attitude. This profession is not easy are you all were awesome. 5 stars
