I ordered online so I can still stay on track with my fitness goals and the food taste absolutely amazing and perfect portions! I would highly suggest.

Living out of a hotel room is difficult when it comes to food pr... read more In OKC for a 2 month work trip, I decided to give Prep'd a try after a friend recommended them. Living out of a hotel room is difficult when it comes to food prep as most of us live off fast food. Prep'd has kept me sane! These meals are absolutelyamazing! I started out getting these for dinner and now get both lunch and dinner. The honey teriyaki salmon, chickenquesadillas and turkey meatloaf are my top 3 but nothing disappoints! If you log your food like I do, they conveniently list theprotein, carbs and fats in grams on each package as well as the calories. Give them a couple day lead time and stop in to grabyour order. The staff has always been super helpful and kind even when they had a very busy weekend and my order was slightlydelayed, I was compensated in some protein cookies (which I hadn't tried) and now I order those too! Price may be a little highfor some but the food is fresh and there's nothing left for you to do besides eat! You can't go wrong with this place forprepped meals!

I called and expla... read more I am the happiest sister, thanks to Alisha!! I live in Georgia, but wanted to get a gift card for my sister and her fiance who live in Yukon. I called and explained to Alisha, and felt as though I was talking to a best friend! She is going to mail avoucher to my sister, and decorate it some for Christmas. I am ELATED! I tried and tried to find a place I thought my siswould enjoy, without all the CARBS, and ran across Prep'd online. I KNOW she will LOVE this! Thank you Alisha!!! Wish i couldgive you a hug!
