There is a vegan salad standard on the menu, but we choose to put together our own, with mixed greens, shredded carrot, sweet mais, falafel, hummus, rusks, nuts etc. the personal was knowledgeable about which sauces did not contain eggs, etc. we only bought an salate that was a great part, and enough to share. we sat outside on the benches. the salat was beautiful. would like to see some more vegan protein options, such as shredded sincean, twp, tofu or tempo. ...

You just say what you want to be the boss. for example salate, grilled courgette, cauliflower, dried tomatoes, some falafelses, some baked carrots and a dressing of Dill-Mustard. and to drink there a lot of homemade freshly pressed juices.

We would appreciate seeing more vegan protein options like shredded seitan, TVP, tofu, or tempeh on the menu.
