I would really recommend any other place but this! Long waits! Frozen foods! Servers terrified about everything as their every move is being watched and radioed back to them by ear piece.just really don’t go here Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
Overall our dinner at Brothers was A+. We were quickly seated and greeted by the server. The atmosphere was what I would describe as modern rustic. The dining area was clean and appropriately decorated. The menu was fairly extensive and had a lot of interesting options. We selected the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer, and our entrees were the sirloin tips and the salmon. The food was brought out at appropriate intervals. Our server was very attentive and helpful. The actual food items we selected were all very delicious and cooked perfectly. Especially impressed with the mozzarella sticks and the salmon. We look forward to returning to Brothers again.

Great service, great food, 3 people $103.00 not including tip. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The fried pickles tasted off, like fish, and my NY strip steak was burnt, filled with gristle, and not cooked as I requested. My husband found fried pickles mixed in with his steak tips, which negatively affected the flavor of his meal. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and was very quiet, adding to the overall feeling of dissatisfaction. The total for our meal was $176, including the tip. I didn't want to make a scene in public due to our social anxiety, especially since we had already been there for such a long time. The manager did address an issue with my mother-in-law's potato, which was poorly prepared, but I chose not to mention the other problems because I just wanted to leave. I thought that, as long-time customers, they would handle it right later. I called today after work to discuss our experience with the manager. To my surprise, they reviewed the video footage, implying they didn't believe me, and claimed that all our food was served within an hour, which simply wasn’t true. They said since we didn't complain that night, they couldn’t do anything. Given that this was an expensive meal for us and considering my recent miscarriage, I expected them to resolve the matter. It wouldn’t have been difficult for them to offer us a discounted meal or a complimentary one. Instead, the manager said he couldn’t do anything and seemed indifferent to our situation. I expressed that they needed to ensure their kitchen was properly staffed to prevent such mistakes in the future, or they risk losing more customers like us. It was clear he didn’t care at all. There was no empathy for what we were going through, and I believe the owners should be embarrassed by this experience. We don’t plan to return.
