I placed an online order on Saturday at 5:56 pm. It is currently 8:47 pm and my order still has not arrived. Luckily, I did not pay online with a credit card. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no one answered. I called the number that was sent to me in the order confirmation email. The person on the phone was not clear and did not listen to me when I explained that I had already tried calling. He told me to hold and wait for 15 minutes. After waiting, I called back and the person was rude and instructed me to wait another 5 minutes. No one from the restaurant offered any explanation. My family of 6 has been waiting for over an hour and a half for our fast food order that never arrived. This experience was absolutely disgusting. KFC should hire staff who are capable of doing their jobs properly. This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant.

I haven't had KFC food in years. The service was disorganized and the food was very greasy and overly salty. I prefer Popeyes, as it is much better in comparison.

I ordered 8 chicken tenders, fries, and other items, but when I received my order at the drive-thru, the chicken tenders were missing. I went back home and asked the manager to deliver the missing items to my house, and they promised to do so. However, they failed to fulfill this promise. Make sure to check your orders before leaving the restaurant to avoid being disappointed.

This place should be ashamed of the terrible service they offer. We have an order online for our office at 5:50. It was a big order, so the delivery time was set to 6:45. No problem. At 7:20 the store calls and says... it hasn't even started our order yet. They said they couldn't get it here before 8:00. Why do we even order if they can't handle it? We had some hungry employees without food. If they can't handle the order, they should say it at the beginning. It was shameful. I called the main office and unfortunately they weren't helpful because it's a franchise. Someone's gonna call me back. Is there no service standards?
