The snowcat takes you on a quick trip on a sleigh to the cabin. You can change into slippers once you arrive. The service was quick and the food is phenomenal. We had the Brussels as an appetizer, bison bolognese, and tenderloin. Everything was cooked perfectly! Definitely recommend for a unique date night View all feedback.

always a waste of money. We go every few years for the kids but always a waste. Our meal took over 2 hours to come b/c a snowcat broke. Just didn't make any sense. Also if a snowcat broke, give people drinks for the inconvenience of waiting . There was no apology just told the story of the snowcat like that was our problem. This is an amazing restaurant the sleigh ride to the restaurant was fun way to arrive at the restaurant, but if you are skiing, you can ski directly to the restaurant as well (and they provide slippers for you to wear). We celebrated our family's Christmas dinner at Allie's Cabin with our two college aged kids while visiting Beaver Creek for a family ski trip. The meal was wonderful and it felt festive and a special way to spend family time together. We will remember this for years to come.

Going to Allie's Cabin for our anniversary meal was the most wonderful decision we made! We were able to sit right next to the window, with a beautiful view of the surprise fireworks. To say the food was extraordinary would be an understatement. The calamari was fried to perfection, the first bite of tenderloin was almost a religious experience and the braised short ribs were so good I will be dreaming about them for years. While the food was incredible, the service was even better. I sadly do not remember our servers name, but she put in all effort to make sure we were happy and comfortable, helping to make our anniversary that much more special. We were lucky enough to meet the Executive Chef, Jonathan Alonso, whose passion and love of his menu shone through our conversation with him. The way he spoke about his process and what he created made me want to walk back in for another course if only I hadn't been full from the incredible meal we just had. I hope to be so lucky to return to Allie's Cabin to experience another once-in-a-lifetime meal!
All in all it was a great experience. ordered the brussel sprouts... flavor was very good, but i was expecting them to be crispy. i'd recommend the burrata and tenderloin, but not the risotto as it was very bland. had the chocolate bread pudding and espresso for dessert. service was excellent and it did feel like a special time.
