Was User at The Rose a mag?
Not the memorable meal I was expecting nor close to the excellent meals we have had there in the past. The halibut tasted and smelled fishy and not fresh. Veal was tough and flavors were not like in the past. Desert was Excellent View all feedback.
What PaulL dislikes about The Rose:
I dont see what all the fuss is about. Mediocre preparations the octopus was soft but flavorless, the tartare bland and inferior quality, and the veal scallopini was a pale version of what this dish should be. Disappointed. PS. My friend, on the other hand, liked it. View all feedback.
It’s a vibe. Unique food, good service and atmosphere. The avocado fries are not to be missed.
Casual, great vegan options. Some things need to be modified to be plant based but everything we had was really tasty. Reasonably priced. Good vegan option in the Vail area
Staff were so kind to accommodate to make my meal vegan. I had the banh mi sandwich with fried cauliflower instead of pork 10/10 ! Can’t wait to come back. Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for my vegan husband and I. Can modify many dishes to my vegan.
We loved everything about this restaurant! Outside seating, friendly staff, but more importantly the food was delicious. The Avocado fries Ahi Tuna salad are definitely something I would order every time!
