Mooboo - York

A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant to buy bubble tea for myself and a friend. While placing the order, I was consulting with my friend about what flavors to choose. Unfortunately, the server displayed impatience, muttered under her breath, and ultimately refused to complete our order. If possible, I would rate this experience 0/5. There are many other bubble tea establishments in York with much more pleasant staff. This encounter was disappointing, and the server should consider reevaluating her attitudes towards customers.

Even though it may not be easy to find, this restaurant in York is definitely worth a visit. Despite being busy and having only one staff member who may come off as grumpy, she knows what she's doing and gets the job done. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, and the kids had a great time. We will definitely be back next time we're in York.

The experience at this restaurant varies each time I visit. Sometimes the drinks are very smooth, while other times they may have bits in them. However, when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they promptly replaced the drink with no hassle. Overall, they handled the situation well.

My grandad is letting me write this review because he waited outside with our dog for some time . the lady with the blue hair was nice to me but when i saw how she treated the lady behind me i was astonished .i think she is a little tiny bit rude i think she told me very kindly what flavors there were and then i stepped aside after i chose my drink but when the lady behind me got the complete opposite treatment to me. i know i am being a bit harsh but it is the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The lady with the blue hair is so rude if I’m honest. She literally has the worst attitude ever towards customers and stares at you. If looks could kill, then god damn I’d be dead. However, there’s this other lady there who is extremely friendly and nice, unlike the blue haired one. The tea is sometimes too sweet or sometimes not sweet enough, but that’s always with the blue hair person. If u go, watch out for her x
