Red Lobster Yonkers

Usually, my partner and I have a fantastic experience every time we visit this restaurant. However, this time in July was a terrible experience. We waited almost 30 minutes after being seated without receiving any service, and we didn’t get water until after our meal. When it finally arrived, it was cold, and we weren't provided with any utensils. Each time we tried to get the waitress's attention for something, it felt like we were bothering her. Red Lobster certainly knows how to do better.

The service was poor. There wasn't any good service as it was lacking, and we had to wait too long without any confirmation. Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

The food didn't taste the way we're used to at Red Lobster. It might just be this location. The rice was very mushy, the grilled chicken looked unappetizing and was lacking flavor, and the lobster was chewy.

I had a very good time. Our server was very kind and the food came out fast. Everything tasted great (my first time here) and I would happily go back!
