Dunkin' - Yonkers

The customer service was terrible and the Dunkin' Donuts was extremely unsanitary. The lady working there was coughing over the food and drinks, and when I decided not to order anything after being disgusted, she had an attitude towards me and started yelling as I walked away. She also had her mask below her chin, which defeats the purpose of wearing it. Overall, a horrible experience.

This was the worst customer service experience ever! I was at Dunkin' Donuts at 5am, waiting in line to be served. The two employees working behind the counter completely ignored me, even though the store was empty. I waited patiently for about 7 minutes, but they continued to ignore me. I would not recommend visiting this store.

The restaurant was dirty when we arrived. There was only one person working, but she handled everything in the back well. It was just the lobby that was not appealing.

Please review your order after you order. When they're low staff or busy, they tend to get mixed up. Overall good Dunkin.

Every time we go to this location after 9:00 pm to order Frozen Carmel coffee they would tell us the machine is broken. And their drinks are very bad during the evening shift.
