Fuk Chou 福州 干面 dried noodle is tastier than the wet version. Very similar to the hokkian mee, the shape of noodle is diffrent. Egg soup is like the shark fin soup with nothing else but egg, pork, and authentic vinegar. Very very hot. Fried fish cake serve with thai sauce, appetizing. Hock chiew noodle just so so. Average hawker standard. Pork lard in the noodle not really lift up the taste. 3 stars Loh mee below average. Vinegar too strong to my liking. Nothing worth mdntioned. 2 stars Egg soup was ok. Similar taste as sgark fin soup. 3 stars View all feedback.
