What User likes about Rossco's Pizza:
The pizza is consistently fantastic, but tonight I was extremely disappointed with the service. In particular, Douglaser was rude and disrespectful, which is simply unacceptable. If this were my business, he would definitely no longer be employed. I paid $30 for my pizzas and expected better treatment. One of the pizzas we ordered was burnt, but when we informed the restaurant, they told us that a replacement would likely be the same, which was surprising. We can get pizzas without burnt crusts for a lower price at other places. At least the customer service was polite, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. View all feedback.
