Cute little Cafe with lots of outdoor seating and Pet Friendly. Coffee is good, we had breakfast, not a huge menu, but has enough variety to satisfy the hunger. Staff were lovely, will be back if in Emu Park again.
Pleasant little place to spend an afternoon. Lunch was great. Food was lovely and fresh, and portion size was really generous. Menu was a little confusing, but it all turned out well enough in the end. It is an order (and pay) at the counter situation, but the food comes out quickly and staff are friendly and efficient. Panko Prawns and Thai salad was yummy (you can have it with calamari instead if you chose). Potato rosti (or you can have it as pumpkin) is a large meal as well. I know I gave this 5 stars, so it would be unusual to finish with a criticism, but I am sure this is just a blip on the radar. I am thinking that there is new ownership, because there was a young couple starting to refurbish the place. I appreciate the efforts that you are going to, but maybe not during the lunch service. A better idea would be after 2:30 when you close. The distraction this causes to both the patrons and the service staff could be avoided. A lesser person may have been critical, but the food and location made up for it.
We have visited this restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the food and drinks. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I particularly love the atmosphere and outdoor seating area.
I ordered a cold brew and a vegan Thai salad with corn fritters and avocado, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. The in-house cold brew coffee was fantastic, I even went back for a second cup! I would definitely return. The service was excellent, the surroundings were beautiful (lush and green), and the coffee and food were delightful. My only suggestion is to add some vegan cakes to the menu as they looked amazing in the display cabinet.
