We arrived at 18:30 and did not receive our dinner until 22:00. I had to wait until 10:20 to finally get my meal. we complained to our server about the unacceptable waiting time while he was waiting for our food and he went to get the manager for us. the manager finally arrived after another long waiting period and gave us a great unnamed setting, and essentially turned us off. I ordered pasta, and after I finally got it and tasted it, it was hard and chewing. not?al dente? tough and chewing, but undercooked hard and chewing. 3 hours for uncooked pasta and sub par appetizers is not acceptable. never eat here again.
