We are from a smaller community so we don?t usually get treats like this! We were sat down and asked what we would like to start with to drink, wine came quickly and The night was off to a good start unfortunately that?s all that came quickly. We ordered our appetizers and mains, after waiting about 20 mins with nothing coming we were informed that something my fiancé had ordered had run out! All fine and dandy we reorder and the wait begins again a soup and muscles come out after an hour of waiting. Food was ok but definitely not worth the wait! We finished up the appetizers and expected a main to arrive in at least 30 mins as I could see they were a little busy, but to my dismay an hour had gone by before our waiter said the food should be out shortly! It was a rare steak and a seafood pasta an hour and a half is ridiculous! We had no wine left for our main dinners, I mean a bottle doesn?t last 2 and a half hours! We were really looking forward to this dinner and it was just overall really overpriced, food was sub par, and not worth the 2 hour total wait time despite having a reservation

We expressed our concerns to the server about the unacceptable wait time while still waiting for our food, and he went to fetch the manager for us. After another long wait, the manager arrived and gave us a disrespectful attitude, essentially brushing us off. I ordered pasta, and when it finally arrived, it was tough and chewy—not "al dente," but undercooked and inedible. Waiting three hours for undercooked pasta and subpar appetizers is completely unacceptable. I will never return to this restaurant again.

After ordering our appetizers and main courses, we found ourselves waiting about 20 minutes without receiving anything. Eventually, we were told that one of my fiancé's chosen dishes was unavailable. No problem, we reordered, and the wait started all over again. After an hour, we finally received the soup and mussels we had ordered. While the food was decent, it definitely wasn’t worth the long wait. Once we finished our appetizers, we expected our main courses to arrive within 30 minutes, especially since the restaurant was quite busy. However, over an hour passed before our server informed us that the food would be ready shortly. We had ordered a rare steak and seafood pasta, and waiting an hour and a half for them was excessive! By that point, our wine was finished, and a single bottle doesn’t last for two and a half hours. We had been really looking forward to this dinner, but overall, it felt overpriced, the food was just average, and the two-hour wait—even though we had a reservation—was incredibly disappointing.
