Traders Grill - Yellowknife
Traders Grill
Description
Recommended by locals, this restaurant disappointed with overpriced, average food and subpar service. The Sunday brunch buffet shined, but the overall experience left much to be desired. Despite some friendly staff, delays, poor customer service, and rude behavior marred the experience. However, the view, atmosphere, and excellent food quality received praise. With beautiful decor and mouthwatering dishes like prime rib and eggs benedict, the restaurant had its shining moments. The standout was the Sunday brunch with a variety of delectable dishes, but some inconsistencies were noted. Overall, a mixed bag worth considering for a visit.

I was hesitant after the breakfast but it turned out to have an excellent dinner. Fresh warm sourdough bread and attentive staff added to the good entrees. I would recommend it
I did not stay at this hotel but we went to enjoy the Sunday Brunch. I liked the decor in the restaurant and the food was very good. Excellent service with coffee and tea and smiling faces even though they were extremely busy.
The Sunday brunch was great, a lot of selection and the servers were friendly and fast. I also ate during the Texas theme night. The pork was cooked perfectly. Great job!
The restaurant manager is rude! The meals are incomplete and inconsistent. Service is slow. Refuse to seat a table of 8 unless we wanted to pay $125 for a separate room. Different height tables for even a group of 4.
