As the night sky emerges above the lake and the trees, it’s simply beautiful! I was a bit anxious about the food, so I thought my best option would be to customize some of the dishes. I became “the customer” from every waiter's nightmare, requesting specific proteins with sauces from different dishes and the potatoes from another. But luckily, nothing seemed to bother the staff, and there was no sign of annoyance. When the food arrived, it was excellent. The steak with marron and avocado hollandaise was absolutely delicious. My chicken dish, with my specially chosen sauce and potatoes, was very good, though I suspect it might have been even better if I had allowed the chef to work their magic without my input. Ultimately, the lakeside experience won me over, and I will definitely be returning.
